The feeling of gastric or abdominal cramp came back since lunch today. The pain was quite bad. The last time I had this, I went to the doctor who told me that it is due to my intestines contracting (and guess what, caused by stress).
Am still having the pain now. Ahhh.....what has stress done to us?
