Lunch at 红锅

Was recommended there by my TCM physician after our consultation with her this morning. Hong Guo is a Yunnan restaurant at the basement of Bugis Junction.

A side dish to accompany our main dish later. This dish is called 椒盐银针鱼 (fried salted silver fish).

Here's our main course, 秀才过桥米线where you need to 'throw' in whatever ingredients presented into the hot chicken soup base. The ingredients include 2 quail eggs, slices of fish, vegetables, fried meat, sichuan vege, etc.

Ready?

GO!!
3.49pm
