Lunch at Westlake Cafe

Had decided to lunch at the Westlake Cafe (西湖小吃） at OG (ChinaTown) yesterday since we are going there to buy things. Many years ago, me and dad had been to the actual Westlake Restaurant at Empress Place it was nice.

Our verdict for yesterday's lunch: Other than the Kong Bak Bao (Braised Pork Bun), which is Westlake's specialty,the other items we ate were very disappointing. Also the Kong Bak Bao is very expensive, at $2.20 each.



This is my Zhajiangmian and Kong Bak Bao set.















This was the fried rice set with popiah and fried chicken wing.

These were our expressions before the we ate our food. Expecting to be enjoyable, we were very disappointed after our first bite. Sigh.
