Why must every good intention be misused?
Have you ever come across employees being forced to take or clear leave for a specified period, and the 'good reason' is that it is an opportunity for employees to have worklife balance and spend time with their family?
If the real intention is for the staff to spend quality time with their family, isn't it supposed to be up to the staff which days or period they would like to spend, instead of forcing them to take leave, say 1 to 10 December?? It needs to be planned for! And what if staff has already made plans for 11 to 20 Dec, for example?
So please stop using such 'noble reasons'. It really irks me!
