Hokkaido Red Bean @ MOF

I thought it was soup, ie watery based, but it still as thick as cream. The menu has warned that it's very sweet. And indeed, it's very very sweet. Too sweet for my comfort.

No doubt very impressive, but I won't go for it the second time cos it's too gelat!
