Focus or Multi-task?

I have been bothered by this question for a while.

In the current environment, organisations are seeking employees who can multi-task. But to produce a good piece of work also involves staying focus and completing it.

How to juggle numerous tasks and expecting to complete one with some degree of standard?

So what's the definition of multi-task and being focus? I guess again, the ideal answer is striking a balance. When in doubt, the answer is always.....BALANCE! But balance what, balance between juggling and focusing? Perhaps organisations should also give us a balanced portion of work!

You must be able to focus on your multi-tasks..... maybe?
